Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Verbato does not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Since we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own commercial purposes, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.

What We Do With Your Data

We share your data only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy (Section 4), and only to the extent necessary to provide the Verbato transcription service. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing their services to us.

Your Rights Under California Law

• Right to know: Request a copy of the personal information we have about you. Use the "Download My Data" button in your Account Settings.
• Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal information. Use the "Delete Account" button in your Account Settings.
• Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Global Privacy Control

We detect and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically disable non-essential tracking.
